Orlovsky Apiaries is a beekeeping business which specializes in raw honey, creamed honeys, pollen, propolis, hive removal, and pure beeswax candles, as well as a variety of other handmade specialty bee products, including: hand creams, soaps, lip balms, and lip glosses. Honey
Honey: Contains many vitamins & minerals, is considered a natural anti-bacterial, never spoils (it may crystalize, but just set it in a pan of warm water and it will resume its liquid form). 

Beeswax Candles
Beeswax is an environment-friendly alternative that is beautiful, as well as: non-toxic, long burning, sweet smelling, smokeless, and non-sooting. Please note that candles will have natural color variations.

Bzzz Hand Creams
This is a heavy hand cream that locks in moisture and helps screen harmful ultraviolet rays. It comes in the following varieties: Chamomile, Sea Breeze, Vanilla Cream, Eucalyptus Spearmint, Honey Cream,  Sandalwood, Rosemary Mint, Jasmine, and Lavender.  (These natural products do not contain chemical preservatives.  Please use your product within 1 year.  If oils should separate, simply restir.)

Bzzz Lip Balm & Glosses
These lip balms & glosses provide a high, conditioning shine.  They all contain honey, which is a known humectant (a material that holds moisture).  The peppermint balm contains peppermint essential oil which helps relieve the pain caused from chapped lips.  Flavors: Peppermint, Strawberry, & Vanilla.

Bzzz Soaps
All soaps are 100% Natural unless noted.  Because all of our soaps are handcrafted, bar sizes, scents, and colors may vary slightly.

Castile Sea
This is a castile soap that has a light scent of the sea.  It contains essential lils that are known for their astringent qualitites, helping to clear the skin of acne.

Free Velvet
This soap does not contain any fillers, fragrances, or colorants.  It does provide a rich velvety lather that helps moisturize and condition your skin.

Gardner's Retreat
This is a moisturizing soap that contains essential oils known to help relax the body.  It has a light herbal scent.

LaVanilla
This is a moisturizing soap that contains lavender essential oil which is known to help relax the body.  It is also believed to slow the development of wrinkles.  98.98% Natural

Mint Chocolate
This soap contains cocoa butter, which is an excellent skin softener.  The mint essential oil helps to cool the body and awaken the senses.

Morning Glory
This soap has a spicey, floral scent.  It contains essential oils that are known for their anti-bacterial and anti-fungal qualities. 98.75% Natural

Oatmeal, Milk, & Honey
The oatmeal and honey in this soap help sooth sensitive skin and retain moisture. 98.8% Natural

Peppermint Flip
This soap contains cocoa butter, which is an excellent skin softener.  The mint and cinnamon essential oils help to energize the body.

Scent Bee-Gone
The black licorice scent of this soap is believed by some to mask the human scent when hunting and fishing.

Spiced honey & Cream
The sweet & spicey scent of this soap helps to awaken and stimulate the senses.

 History
Orlovsky Apiaries began in 2001 when a retired beekeeper at my husband’s Boy Scout camp decided to retire out of the beekeeping hobby. He passed on three hives, one of which continues to be an observation hive at camp events.  We began selling our honey and bee products at the Beloit Farmers Market and local events.  Our services have also come to include bee pollinating and bee removal.  It is our hope to continue expanding our hive numbers and natural bee products to better serve our community.
